Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. Where the goods in your order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last item.

How to exercise your right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way is to complete and submit the form below. You may also use the model withdrawal form set out below, or send any other clear statement, by email to hey@athenaclub.com or by post to Athena Club. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.Certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal as permitted by law, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery. The following Athena Club products are sealed for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery, and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal: Skin Perfecting Body Lotion, Skin Replenishing Body Wash, Glow Restore Shower Oil, All Over Deodorant, Full Body Dry Touch Deo Spray, Glossy Shave Oil, and Fluffy Shave Butter. If you receive one of these products with its seal intact and wish to return it, your standard 14-day withdrawal right applies.
