Some items are subscription only (those that are needed on a regular basis). However, some items you can purchase as a one-off purchase. You can always subscribe if you love it!

There are many! First off, you don't have to remember to buy your basics - they come directly to you. You have full flexibility over what comes in your shipment + you can skip, pause or cancel at anytime. Second, by subscribing you are unlocking even more savings!

Orders

Upcoming subscription renewals can be edited or canceled by logging into your account, heading to the Subscriptions tab. Make sure to make changes to your subscription before your scheduled renewal date, as we cannot cancel or edit processed orders!

Blade refill orders always ship free! For everything else, orders ship free when your order includes $50 or more of our body care, skin care, wellness, or lifestyle products. Orders under $50 will include a $4.99 shipping fee.

You can do all of that from your account! You cannot cancel a processed order so make sure you do so before the indicated date.

We offer many products that don't require a subscription, but some of our products are only available through a subscription. If you ever sign up for a subscription and change your mind, don't worry! You can modify or cancel your subscription easily through your account portal at any time.

Your deliveries will be shipped at your selected frequency. You can always change that by logging in to your account.

Yes it does! It will renew the day before it is set to ship out at the frequency you selected at check out.

Yes! Make sure you do so before your subscription renews and ships out (you can find the renewal date in your account).

If you have an active subscription, start by logging in to your account. Once you find the product (s) you want to add to your subscription, add them to cart. At check out simply select the “add to existing subscription” option and follow to the next step. You will only be billed when the whole subscription renews + ships. If you want the item to ship right away and/or start a new subscription, just select the ship now option. Pretty easy, huh?

You can manage your subscription (skip, pause, add/remove products, modify frequency, change, cancel) directly from your account. All you have to do is log in.
